About me
My name is Kath and I am a professionally trained Civil Celebrant who lives and works in the North West, covering Lancashire, Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside. I am also happy to travel to further fields!
I specialise in designing and delivering beautiful, bespoke ceremonies for individuals, couples and families that celebrate the ‘big moments’. I love to create celebrations that are filled with love, life stories and laughter and these principles can be applied to any ceremony; whether it’s a naming ceremony for a new baby or a fond farewell at a funeral.
I have been professionally trained by the International College of Professional Celebrants (ICPC) to write and deliver a variety of ceremonies, including weddings and funerals. I continue to be a member of ICPC and a wonderful network of professional celebrants working all over the world.
My academic background is in Theatre & Performance and I love to bring a flair of the dramatic to whatever I do! For the last 20 years I have worked in community development and the charity sector and I am passionate about social justice. My ceremonies strive to be accessible and inclusive and designed to respect people’s faith, heritage and cultural traditions.
